Spirulina ice cream : aqua spirulina

Spirulina Ice Cream Recipe {Gluten-Free, Vegan}

Ingredients

14 oz full fat coconut milk

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp spirulina

1 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions

In a blender, mix all the ingredients except the cacao nibs. 

If you don’t have a blender you can use a wire whisk to combine the ingredients.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl. 

Cover it and place it in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours.

 Before serving let the mixture thaw for 20 minutes to be able to scoop it out with a medium to large cookie scoop.

Sprinkle some cacao nibs on top before serving.

Ingredients
1 small ripe banana
1 tsp honey
1 tsp sweet almond oil

Method

In a bowl, mash the banana well.

 Slowly add the honey, and stir in until you have a smooth, even paste. 

Then put it in a blender, add the sweet almond oil and blend for around 20-30 seconds. 

Apply this all over your hair, focussing on the strands and the ends. 

Leave for 30 minutes, and rinse with lukewarm water. 

This hair mask acts as a natural conditioner and softener, adding a natural sheen to the hair.

 You can use this as often as possible before every hair wash.
